PMAS Status Window: a mechanical device does not reach a valid end position.
The corresponding error flag switches to RED.

The error condition is a complex function of VME motor controller parameters.
It could be as simple as the timeout of a somewhat worn-out gear, requiring a
longer positioning period than foreseen originally. On the other hand, it
could be a serious mechanical or electronic failure, which might potentially
cause a catastrophic failure of some sort (collision of mechanical stages,
limit switch overrun, etc.

Reset and re-initialize the affected component.
