CALAR ALTO 3.5M TELESCOPE LIVE VIEW

  Compression:

Compression value: You can change it between 1 and 100, being 1 no compression and 100 the maximum compression. Recommended values are above 10. Normally, if you are accesing this page from a low speed connection, it will have better perfomance with biggest values (say above 50).

The view: This image is taken from the 2.2m Telescope. The webcam is pointing to the south and from this view you can see on the left our biggest telescope, the 3.5m. On the right, you can see a thin tower. This is the place where our weather station is located. The mountains behind the scene are "Sierra de Gádor", very close to the Mediterranean Sea

Additional information: In order to allow the activex control to be loaded (if using IE) and also see the other available resolutions on this page (right side buttons), you have to allow pop-ups from caha.es on your browser.

If you have problems with activex control installation, please, dowload activex control from   here and install it. (But first, be sure you allow pop-ups from caha.es)
